    Every single ingredient is tested for purity & potency before it is released to be used in Three Arrows products.  Then once each product is finished, we send every single batch for 3rd party testing to ensure everything is just right before we share it with our customers.

  • Are Three Arrows products approved by the FDA?

    The FDA does not approve dietary supplements. What Three Arrows does do, is follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations that require manufacturers to safely and transparently manufacture products and prove compliance through audits and testing.

     

  • What kind of quality controls do you have?

    We are obsessive about our quality control practices! They affect every part of our business, from our supplier selection and qualification, to our manufacturing and testing. All of our products are manufactured in NSF cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facilities, which ensures we are following FDA guidelines for dietary supplements, and go through rigorous documentation review to ensure quality in every lot.

    What types of payment / credit card do you accept?

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  We also partner with TruMed to accept HSA/FSA payments.


    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs will vary by number of items purchased and whether it is a one-time purchase or subscription. Up-to-date shipping costs will be reflected in your checkout cart. 

     

    How many days does shipping take?

    We process all orders within 48 hours of being placed.  Depending on where you live (within the USA), you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 8 business days after your order has been processed, excluding holidays. After your order is processed you will receive a follow-up confirmation email providing delivery details.


    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipping, you will be notified by email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site. We use USPS in the United States. Can’t find your tracking number?  Email us at Support@ThreeArrowsNutra.com and we will gladly resend it to you!


    What is your exchange or return policy?

    We have a 90-day money back guarantee, so if you don’t love your Three Arrows product, it’s on us! Even if you send us back an empty container, we’ll refund your purchase. We believe in our products 100%, so if for any reason you decide they’re not for you within 90 days of purchase, let us know by emailing us at Support@ThreeArrowsNutra.com

I’ve been on these supplements for about a year now, and it has changed my life. I suffered from really debilitating fatigue and dizziness, as a result of low iron deficiency despite being told by healthcare professionals in the NHS that my levels were normal. They were still low. I’m a vegetarian but being able to have a natural source in this way really, really helped me. I now recommend it for anyone who’s struggling with low iron because honestly, the natural iron is so much more efficient than the H&B stuff.

My Ferritin was at a 5 and In three months or so taking this it’s went up to the 100’s range! I’m so thankful I found this company. I do not get constipated from It, It doesn’t upset my stomach and I have a sensitive stomach too, I also like that you don’t have to take Vitamin C with It. My teenage daughter who is a cross country runner was struggling with fatigue and could not keep up with her peers despite doing the same training. Her coach suggested getting her iron checked. The pediatrician thought it was unnecessary because teenage girls are only iron deficient if they have heavy periods or poor diets-my daughter did not check those boxes but I pushed to have labs drawn. I’m so glad I did because her Ferritin was 5!!! Her iron stores were completely depleted which meant she was also anemic with a Hemoglobin of 11.
